Dr. Pamela Little is a lifelong learner and advocate of higher education. She possess over 19 years of experience in higher education, particularly in the areas of enrollment management, retention, grant management and minority student relations. Dr. Little has devoted her professional career to providing a wide array of services designed to enhancing the college experience and to encouraging leadership, innovation, and civic responsibility among students.
A native of Sumner, MS, Pam attended the University of Mississippi and earned a Bachelor’s in Biology and Master’s in Higher Education. Dr. Little earned her Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership at Capella University. Pam is also a proud graduate of the Leadership Greater Huntsville Flagship L-31 Class. She is a strong advocate for helping her local community and serves as on the Board of Directors for Christmas Charities Year Round.
Pam lives an active lifestyle and enjoys running and group fitness activities. She resides in Madison, AL with her husband Patches and two children, Cayman and Kiersten. As an educator, Pam understands the importance of providing holistic support to students to foster success. She is honored to dance and raise money to help make healthcare more readily available for Huntsville’s school children.
